the owner here already had a piece of synthetic marble counter top....it was standard vanity size but he wanted a 36" high by 24" deep vanity so he pulled the counter forward on the boxes and put a shelf in back....he didn't however, pull it quite far enough forward as it rests flush with the front edge of the box.....it should overhang by 3/4" or so in order for water to drip beyond the drawer fronts.....he did this after I was through or I would have told him...he told me he knew what he was doing.....as it is, the water is going to drip down the front of the cabinet between the doors/drawer fronts and the cabinets.
oh, well...that's show biz........
